- 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Moroccan Spice Mix
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Rinse and dry chickpeas. Toss with other ingredients. Roast in one layer on a cookie sheet for 40 minutes.
